HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Willow Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
