HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
