HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Las Vegas region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
