HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Granite Staffing places workers with employers around Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
