HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
