HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Yarrow Telecom Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
