HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath River Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
