HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Maple Staffing places workers with employers around Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
