HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
