HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
