HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Forge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Milwaukee presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
