HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Solutions is a Pittsburgh practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
