HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Oak Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
