HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
