HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tulsa area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
