HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Oak Facilities Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
