HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Clear Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
