HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
