HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Quarry Health is a healthcare provider in Grand Rapids with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
