HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Kansas City region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
