HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Glen Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
