HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Meadow Press Partners prints books, catalogues and packaging from its San Jose plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
