HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Rook Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 969 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
