HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Wilder Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
