HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Rowan Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
