HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Birmingham. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
