HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Ridge Construction is a Phoenix contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
