HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Hollow Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
