HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Umber Legal Group is a Atlanta practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
