HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Energy is an energy provider in Las Vegas focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
