HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Willow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
