HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
