HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Orchard Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
