HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Drift Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
