HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Willow Construction is a Little Rock contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
