HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit North Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
