HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Nest Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Portland area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
