HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 221 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
