HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Ashton Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
