HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
