HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Mill Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Salt Lake City region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
