HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
