HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Chicago producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
