HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Timber Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
