HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Yarrow Foods is a Spokane food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
