HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Fox Staffing places workers with employers around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
