HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Logistics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 7 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
