HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
