HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Houston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
