HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Dallas with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
